The Review and Signing Process

1. Complete one of the Confidentiality Agreements: Entity or Individual

Please note that the “Name” field will be completed automatically when you enter your name to sign the Agreement.

An executed copy will be returned to you by email and we are notified that your signing process is complete.

2. Your Account Permissions Will Be Upgraded

Once we receive confirmation that the form has been submitted, we will adjust your Investor Portal permissions to provide access to the Project Document Portal. This may take a few hours to review your document and upgrade your account. We appreciate your patience during this brief waiting period.

There are available PDF download links above so that you and your advisors may read each of the documents carefully. When you and/or your advisors are ready to complete the subscription process, please sign the Agreement electronically using Adobe Sign by selecting one of the links above.
