Investor Portal Registration FAQ
Thank you for reviewing our current Project. This introduction serves as a step by step guide to reviewing and eelctronically signing all Project documents.
NOTE: Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not receive an email within a few minutes of submission.
The Registration, Review and Signature Process
1. Select New Investor Registration and register for Portal access.
2. An email with a Confidentiality Agreement Link will be sent to you.
Upon submission of your registration, you should soon receive a Welcome email that contains a link to the Confidentiality Agreements. The links for signature takes you to Adobe Sign to complete the electronic signature process. Some carriers my block or send your Welcome email to the Junk/Spam folder.
If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check those folders first. If you believe that you did not receive an email, please click here to call our office and we will be happy to resend it.
3. Complete the Confidentiality Agreement.
Select the link that is appropriate for your investment vehicle and electronically sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
You will receive an executed copy of the Agreement and a confirmation email indicating that Project Document Portal access has been granted.
4. Open your confirmation email and select Investor Login.
The link in the confirmation email will take you directly back to this page or you can simply navigate back to this Investor Portal Overview after signing in.
5. Select Project Document Portal.
All Project documents for download, review and electronic signature are located on the Project Documents section.
